Everything Web 2.0 at NECC 2008
If you have never heard of the International Society for Technology Educator's NECC (National Educator's Computing Conference) then you are missing out!
This summer, the event you don't want to miss is NECC 2008 to be held June 29-July 2, 2008 in San Antonio, TX.
I have attended two NECC conferences and have been blown away by the magnitude of it all. The quality of the speakers, workshops, booths, etc. is awesome! Your on-line planner allows you to work out your daily schedule. There are pre-conference workshops that rock your socks off.
The conference is for everyone - administrator, tech support, teachers, counselors, anyone who is interested in technology and education, grades pre-K through college.
The best part of it all was the networking. If you have the opportunity to go, please make arrangements to do so. I will be there and would love to meet up with you. I have many new friends that I now "twitter" with that will be presenting there. You will be able to find me, literally, in the "Blogger's Cafe."
